We at Medicine Express do our best to make sure our products are described and
represented accurately. If you receive a product that differs from the
description on our site and you are discontented with the product you receive,
you have 7 days from the date of dispatch to return the product to us.
If your goods should arrive in a damaged state, please
contact us with your invoice number and
purchase details and your goods will be replaced free of charge.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you receive and want to
return them, Medicine Express will credit you the purchase price of the product
towards the purchase of another product.
If you wish to return goods we request that they are returned in the same
condition that they were dispatched, and in their original packaging. Please
include the delivery slip and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Medicine Express is not responsible for the individual laws of the customer's
own country as they pertain to our products. If, however, your order becomes
lost then we do offer a limited guarantee. We offer to replace your order, free
of charge, one time only. Alternatively we will refund you 50% of the order
total cost for any order that you failed to receive.
Products must be packaged securely. We recommend the use of postal courier
services to enable track and trace of ther returned items, this will be at the
customers expense. We cannot refund or credit goods sent unless you provide us
with a track and trace number from a reputable courier companyas we cannot be
held liable for the failure of the ordinary postal system. For any further
